RCMP are asking the public for help in locating a suspect after a 25-year-old Winnipeg woman was shot dead in a moving vehicle in Portage la Prairie on Wednesday morning.

Shortly before 8:00 a.m., Portage la Prairie RCMP responded to a woman who was injured after the vehicle in which she was a passenger was shot as the two vehicles were traveling on 6th Avenue in Portage la Prairie.
